What are the charges on delivery?
Unless 'FREE DELIVERY' is specified, a standard express courier charge of only R69 applies to any item delivered anywhere in South Africa.

What if I live in a remote area?
For every remote area not serviced by standard couriers, the provider will deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest town to the user that is accessible by the courier company within their normal routes. In these circumstances, the provider will be in contact with the user to arrange an alternative address.

What would the condition of my parcel be?
The provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the users chosen delivery address in the same good order.

Would I be able to cancel my order?
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the providers standards. Should the provider exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Who would I contact if I'm not happy with the quality of the product?

Warranty/Repair Policy
If your product is still under the stipulated warranty, our suppliers will carry out the warranty. However the warranty of any item does not include negligence, wear and torn, and acts of God. Our suppliers use their sole discretion to determine the product status.

We charge a R150 handing fee for our couriers to pick up the repair item and deliver it back to you once it's repaired. Your repaired product will only be couriered back to you, once we receive this amount

Returns Policy
If on receiving your order you are not delighted with your purchase, let our customer service team know within 7 days and we will gladly provide you with a refund provided the item is in its original condition and original packaging.

What if my product is damaged?
If you have used a product and found it to be damaged or faulty we will either replace, refund or repair the item, depending on the circumstance.

Administration Fees?
Although seldom charged we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.

Where is my order?
Our delivery policy states delivery within 3 - 5 working days, and we will move the earth to deliver it as you are able to track the status of your order using the tracking ID sent to you. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service. Remember, you will receive an email from us to tell you that your order is on it way, and receive a tracking number so that you can follow it's progress.

Can I exchange the product?
Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same product, provided that the preferred size or colour is available. This option is available within 7 days.

It's important that any unwanted product, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that the product is undamaged and unused.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if products are returned damaged, or not in a saleable condition.

All returns requires you to include the invoice provided.

We are a retail & online retailer and deliver nationwide. We allow order collections from store in Stanger.

You are required to leave a telephone or mobile number for us to contact you during delivery hours.

All orders are sent packaged in boxes or flyer bags, with no indication as to the contents what so ever.

For repair items under warranty, We charge an R200 handling fee for our couriers to pick up and drop off the repaired item to and from suppliers, and back to you.

Repaired items would only be released once the handling fee has been paid in full.Should you wish to use your own courier for repair queries,we DO NOT charge a handling fee.

Please note that warranty does not include the seal's on gas guns.

ADDRESSES The users will need to select an address if you have multiple addresses please ensure the correct address has been selected. SHIPPING METHOD Select the shipping method you wish to make. Please note free delivery applies only to customers wishing to collect from store. We charge R50 delivery fee to anywhere in the country. Delivery of purchase takes 1-5 working days. PAYMENT Please select the required form of payment ‘Pay by EFT’ or ‘Card Payment via Payfast’. Follow the instructed steps as indicated by selected form of payment. Once all information has been filled in please click the ‘Order with an obligation to pay’ button.

Once payment has been confirmed the purchase is then packaged and collected by our couriers. Please note payment must be made before 12:00 PM for couriers to collect on the same day. A tracking number will be emailed to the purchaser so you may be track your parcel. Once arriving on the ‘Track Your Parcel’ page click on either the Fastway Couriers logo or The Courier Guy logo to track your parcel. Please note if your tracking number starts with TCG ,your parcel was sent via The Courier Guy Couriers. If not click on the 'Fastway Couriers' logo to track your order.
