- CYTAC branded
- This product retains your pistol via the pistol lanyard loop to your belt, on a retainer loop. It is incredibly strong and cannot be casually snipped or cut. This lanyard can handle alot of stress and claims to be able to withstand 245 Newtons of tension / pulling energy before critically failing.
- With the pistol affixed to your belt, you can still freely holster and unholster the gun w/ no impediment. 90% of the lanyard is coiled, which will shrink up in a coil when not placed under tension, so you don't have to battle with a long, hanging lanyard attached to your pistol, likewise also not a reel that can potentially get tangled up inside the spool housing.
- The lanyard can be quickly attached / disconected, simply by pushing the raised polymer tab attached to the nylon belt loop. This has to be deliberately pushed in quite a bit, before it the two parts can be separated. This will then completely disconnect the pistol and the lanyard from the belt loop. The belt loop cannot self-detach from the belt, the belt needs to be looped through the nylon loop.
- The belt loop is made from nylon and will accomodate the broadest type of combat belts. The main lead is a heavy duty synthetic, reminescent of old school telephone chord, but just more rubbery and denser-feeling. The loop ends are well rounded-off w/ heat shrink and does look professionally done. The clip that affixes to the lanyard loophole on the pistol, is still, black enamel coated and has a reasonably tough feel to it.
- Tension Test: >245(N)
- Color: Black
- NOTE: The gun in the images is not included in the price and package.
