The forward hinging pump action is solid synthetic and durable - resists warping and sits solid enough in position. Hinging it out forward from the bottom, pulls the reverse gas piston. Resetting this lever's position, will compress air into the pressure chamber. Multiple strokes as such can be pumped, compressing the reservoir up with higher pressure. Please note that, once a shot is fired, all the built-up air will release all at once.
The barrel is otherwise solid steel and is rifled for shooting pellets.
