When you have found an item you wish to purchase simply click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button. Once you are ready to check out your purchase click on the ‘CART’ button then click again on ‘CHECKOUT’.
After arriving in the CHECKOUT page full out the necessary information before checking out. PERSONAL IMFORMATION This will display the user currently logged into the website. If you have multiple accounts please insure that the correct account you wish to make payment from has been logged in. ADDRESSES The users will need to select an address if you have multiple addresses please ensure the correct address has been selected. SHIPPING METHOD Select the shipping method you wish to make. Please note free delivery applies only to customers wishing to collect from store. We charge R50 delivery fee to anywhere in the country. Delivery of purchase takes 1-5 working days. PAYMENT Please select the required form of payment ‘Pay by EFT’ or ‘Card Payment via Payfast’. Follow the instructed steps as indicated by selected form of payment. Once all information has been filled in please click the ‘Order with an obligation to pay’ button.
Once payment has been confirmed the purchase is then packaged and collected by our couriers. Please note payment must be made before 12:00 PM for couriers to collect on the same day. A tracking number will be emailed to the purchaser so you may be track your parcel. To track your parcel please click either the 'Track Your Parcel' link at the top of the page or click the link below. Click here to Track your Parcel! Once arriving on the ‘Track Your Parcel’ page click on either the Fastway Couriers logo or The Courier Guy logo to track your parcel. Please note if your tracking number starts with TCG ,your parcel was sent via The Courier Guy Couriers. If not click on the 'Fastway Couriers' logo to track your order.
The packaged will arrive usually between 1-5 working days. Enjoy your purchase and we look forward to any future purchases.

1.Pay using PayfastVisa (accepts debit cards,credit cards,bitcoin,mobicred and other options)
2.Pay via EFT
3.Pay via your nearest FNB ATM.Please pay at a FNB - should you pay at a teller,you will be liable for additional bank fees
4.Pay when you collect at our Head Office
5. Laybye an item - put a deposit and get your item delivered once you fully pay for it - speak to us for more info on this.
