(This is the short thread flare tip adapter out of the common two that we have available. The pitch in both cases are the same, just the total thread available differs.

This is a thread-on housing that affixes onto the barrel end of a blank gun, by corresponding with its interior / female threading. It is made by RETAY, in their factory, so it corresponds with their blank guns.

This is the common one that is compatible w/ most RETAY blank guns. If you are unclear which one to purchase, between the long thread or short thread for your RETAY blank gun, then opt for the short thread one. Alternatively, you can just contact us and we'll confirm for you on our end.

The length of the housing section differs; some of them are longer, others are shorter. They were made differently over different periods of time.

These are made of steel (or steel alloy) and is capable of withstanding the discharge of blank rounds for years of course. Note that once this is threaded into the business end of your front-venting blank gun, that the pressure will pass into the housing. There is a cross-hole between the adapter base and the hollow interior that connects to the through-hole. This will allow some of the gasses to escape out sideways, if a blank shot is discharged with the flare tip adapter threaded in.
