Closest resemblance to the GLOCK 19 Gen 3 in 9x22mm P.A commercially available. The dimensions feel quite accurate and, by wielding this pistol, one who owns a GLOCK 19, would undoubtedly agree.
The periodical square texturing on the handles, the sloping, broader base of the pistol's backstrap, the pronounced magazine buttplate jutting out as well as the ambidextrous thumbrests, being wielded in the hands of a trained shooter experiencing the slide racking action accompanied w/ the metal-on-metal sound as the blowback spring resets the slide, chambering a brass casing briefly visible in the breech, entering into the business area of the gun.
The double blade trigger safety is fully functional and these casings will fly out as fast as you can pull the trigger, however, your eardrums will find the experience otherwise disagreeable.
The realism in all the controls are there; the rectangular slide catching tab w/ the sharply angled slide catch notch, the perpendicalar magazine release button, the slide take down tabs, the oblong trigger guard w/ its shy bearded jut at the base as well as the single slotted picatinny rail. To one's hands, the familiar finger grooves w/ the distinct tiled texturing should alert one's sense of touch as to the power clasped w/in one's grasp.
The rear sight has a faint white half sight picture printed on it, though unfortunately nothing on the frontal sight, which would really have made this blank gun special.
This is truly one of the more realistic-looking replicas we have the pleasure of stocking - the flecktarn camoflouge pattern (a German military type) adds a bit more sentiment to an otherwise excellent invention by Mr. G. Glock of Austria.
This replica is a must-have for anyne looking at obtaining and utilizing or even just collecting for the purpose of sheer admiration, a pistol that is as delightful to handle and control as it is to gaze upon up close, for those willing to fork out a little more than what the G19C would otherwise cost.
Currently only available in the Flecktarn camo pattern, though we'll likely stock the all-black one in the nearby future as well - watch this space;
