This works for the RETAY G19C magazines just fine.
Double magazine pouch for GLOCK 17 / 19 (9x19mm cal) magazines. Tension is adjustable via the socket screw inset. Works just fine, we tested it here in-store. The paddle, in terms of quality, isn't the highest, but neither is the price. Ideal as a training utility to get used to carrying spare magazines around, until you are ready to look at a more premium product, such as a CYTAC branded option.
Could otherwise just utilize it for airsoft or CO2 pistol magazines, no problem with that.
