Just cock the bolt, insert the loaded tray, chamber the first round, and put the rifle on SAFE. Pump the rifle up to the desired pressure, point the rifle in a safe direction, and take the rifle off of the safe. Just aim and shoot then. Repeat the process, manually indexing the strip clip, chamber the next pellet, etc.
