Hard polymer stock intended for sleeving over a COMM-SPEC buffer tube. Features a paddle lever for rendering adjustment on the buffer tube / shifting the stock forward and rearwardly.
In order to fit this buttstock, you'll need to push the locking tab on the stock forwardly. This can only be accomplished by pulling the tab slightly upward, feeling for the release position, then once had, slip this retainer tab off, then the telescoping latch will be able to press to its extremity, pushing the buttstock locking pin out, allowing this buttstock to sleeve over the buffer tube unobstructed.
Note that commercial spec, implies that this buttstock is intended for fitting over the larger 1.17β buffer tube, not the MIL-SPEC 1.14βΓΈ one. Just bear in mind. These two types aren't cross-compatible.
This stock is interesting, in that it provides a steel QD socket both front and rear - ready for a male QD socket to be inserted, without first needing to install a female QD socket.
There is a 45Β° slip-through slot for looping a more traditional sling through.
Likewise, at the toe of the buttstock, there is a hole for affixing something through such as an 8mm carabiner or some such
The rear of the stock likewise, features hexagonal pyramids (debossing) for shoulder traction. There is no rubber padding at the rear, so just FIY. Its height is contoured however, for ergonomy.
The straight of the buttstock is sloped on both sides for better / ambidextrous cheek rest, whilst otherwise maintaining its slimline / narrow profile.
This is a really lovely option for the price and is quite robust.
Compatible w/ paintball markers as well / serves as a buttstock replacement
