LONG REACH QUICK COUPLER 1/8" BSP

 Long reaching brass female q/c fitting w/ knurled sleeve for better grip traction.

This quick couple bit is typically utilized in FX PCP rifles, where the male q/c this connects to, is recessed into the stock and a typical female q/c might otherwise be unusable, as the sleeve cannot easily be withdrawn if the bit has to be inserted into a slot w/ minimal clearance.

This bit is supplied w/ a PTFE ring seal, negating the need for using teflon / plumber's tape, which allows for a more flush appearance whilst still being a functional airtight connection.

This connector will accept any standard micro male q/c bits and is not a special-purpose bit. So if you have multiple rifles among your FX, you'll be able to attach this to their respective filling probes as well.

Well machined with proper tolerances, won't result in hassles or annoyingly stiff machined tolerances.

Should the coupling end of this connector fail to create an airtight seal, you need only use an o-ring pick and replace the o-ring therein. Feel free to use some singer sowing machine oil, to keep your o-rings in supple condition, w/out worrying a petroleum product entering your rifle's air reservoir. Just use sparingly.

The hex nut integrated will allow for a size 14 metric spanner to torque this connector proper onto your fillwhip, just use a small shifting spanner or corresponding spanner on the fillwhip side, to torque the connecting parts up properly to create an airtight seal - you won't be able to create the airtight seal w/out the aforementioned tooling method or another similar method.
