The Ruike P841-L is a great pocket knife for daily use. The wavy lines and excellent functioning make this pocket knife a pleasure to behold and a pleasure to use. Just like the lines in its handle, this pocket knife opens in a smooth, undulating motion. Thanks to the flipper or the double thumb stud, the blade flies out of the handle. The blade is made from 14C28N steel, a stainless steel from Sweden. It retains its sharpness well and is also easy to sharpen. The handle is made from G10, which is a lightweight composite material made from fibreglass and plastic. It's super strong, and the angular shapes that have been milled into it provide lots of grip.
When opened, the liner lock locks the blade in place with a reassuring click. As an extra safety measure, there is a catch on the spine that activates the secondary lock. This means that the liner lock can't close when you don't want it to.
The Ruike P841-L is a lightweight pocket knife for an amazing price. It would be hard to find better value for money in a pocket knife. And the fact that you're also getting your hands on an incredibly stylish and beautifully made piece is a huge bonus.
Besides flipper, the knife is fitted with a thumbstud in each side of the blade, it is ambidextrous for both hands. In addition, the ball bearing pivot makes the blade deployment more smooth. The 3.5-inch long blade offers a fine tapered tip to pierce and a long blade point to slice. For secure-grip, the G10 handle is properly textured and contoured.
