The VXI-R offers wireless motion sensing capability, making it an essential component of our top-selling outdoor intrusion detection series. With a range of up to 12m, this sensor offers highly reliable detection for both residential and commercial use.
Mount it at 1.2m, and take advantage of its dual PIR design for enhanced detection accuracy - this sensor will only activate when both PIRs are triggered. Plus, rest easy knowing that our animal tolerant, digitally analyzed PIR VXI sensors prevent false alarms.
Digital analysis for enhanced reliability
The VXI sensors use a digital microprocessor to analyze received infrared emissions and distinguish human-generated ones from those caused by sunlight, animals, vegetation sway, or weather conditions. This advanced technology greatly reduces the chance of false alarms.
Flexible detection coverage
The VXI sensors have a versatile detection length that can be easily adjusted to 12m, 8.5m, 6m, 5.5m, or 2.5m, making it perfect for any site layout. Additionally, the sensor includes customizable masking templates to refine the detection areas and target specific points of interest.

The VXI-R sensor is compatible with a wide range of universal batteries, such as CR123, CR2, and 1/2 AA, allowing for easy and flexible power options. With a versatile housing, it can easily integrate with most wireless radio transmitters on the market.
