The package includes the Drive 300 motor unit, one 24V 3.5Ah battery, two 2-metre gear racks (4 metres total coverage), and two TX4 remote transmitters. The Drive 300 runs on a 24V DC motor powered from the battery, which charges continuously from 230V AC mains (50/60 Hz) when available. DC motors run quieter than their AC equivalents and allow variable speed control for smoother gate travel, particularly during the opening and closing slow-down phases. The motor brushes are removable without disassembling the unit, which means routine brush replacement can be done on site in minutes rather than removing the entire motor for workshop service.
