The ML6 runs at a warm white colour temperature of 2500 to 3000 K, closer to a candle or a domestic bulb than the cold blue white of a standard torch. A lantern is only as useful as the places you can position it. The ML6 includes an integrated magnet for sticking to a vehicle panel, a tent pole bracket or a toolbox, a rubber hanging hook, and a removable stand with a flip out metal hook for hanging from a branch or a tent loop. Fluorescent locating elements glow softly in the dark so you can find the lantern after you have switched it off, which sounds trivial until you are searching a black tent for it.
Power bank and emergency readiness
The ML6 doubles as a power bank, charging compatible USB devices such as a phone from its own cell.
