White light is not always what you want. What each colour is for
Red is the one most people already know. 1000 lumens and the Focus Wheel
Boost mode delivers 1000 lumens with a beam distance reaching 170 metres, the strongest output in the HF6R family. Power mode runs around 3 hours and Low Power stretches to as much as 60 hours.
Beam shape is controlled by the Digital Advanced Focus System through a Focus Wheel on the lamp head. Rolling the wheel moves the light continuously from a wide flood for close work to a tight spot for distance. One fingertip does it, without changing grip or looking up, which is the point when your hands are occupied with a rod, a rifle or a pair of binoculars. The tilting lamp head places the beam precisely, and a front switch keeps operation to one hand.
Power and reliability
An integrated 2000 mAh Li-ion battery rated 7.4 Wh powers the lamp, recharging through the USB compatible Magnetic Charge System in approximately 225 minutes. Memory Function recalls your preferred settings between uses. A Temperature Control System maintains reliable performance as the lamp warms, a Transportation Lock prevents accidental activation in transit, and a battery status indicator with low battery warning keeps you informed of remaining power.
Construction and fit
Polycarbonate forms the body, trimmed with aluminium alloy where it counts, and total weight lands at approximately 135 grams. The slim, balanced format avoids the bulk of a rear battery pack, and the adjustable headband is reflective, adding passive visibility when someone else's light falls on you.
Sealing is IP68, fully dust tight and rated for continuous immersion, with 2 metre drop resistance and an operating range from -20°C to +40°C. If you want the strongest output in the HF6R range together with the colour options, this is the model carrying both.
