Installation Tips (Installer-friendly)

Mark hinge-side pull installation using the supplied template.
Secure the closer body with 4 × M5 screws into steel, timber or aluminium frame.
Fit the slide channel to the door leaf, ensuring a 3 mm rail gap.
Adjust valve 1 (sweep) for general speed; valve 2 (latch) for the final 10°.
Cycle the door five times and re-adjust for a silent, firm close.

Always seal fixings with fire-rated mastic on FD30/FD60 door cores.
