The Hikvision HikCentral ReGuard Basic Service is the base annual service licence for a compatible HikCentral ReGuard remote-monitoring deployment. It provides the core tools required by a Remote Monitoring Centre to receive, manage and process alarm events.
Visualized Alarm, Virtual Guard, Work Order and Operational Enhancement functions are separate ReGuard services and are not included in the Basic Service unless specifically added to the licence.
Important: Compatible HikCentral ReGuard deployment infrastructure, cameras, alarm panels, networking, installation and optional ReGuard service modules are supplied separately unless explicitly included.
