These batons, especially this beefier 31mmø one, has a bit more weight, to swing harder. Be sure to loop your wrist into the lanyard and twist a couple of times for the best possible grip on this baton. One or two shots should be more than enough to strike an intended target to the bone - hitting kneecaps, knuckles, the cranium or elbow ends, is sure to deliver debilitating pain and strike the target down!
Please use with caution and think carefully before deploying something like this in a fight - Hitting this against a hard surface will not break it, nor with human force, can this baton be snapped or destroyed - its primary weakness will be excessive temperatures such as produced by flame. Otherwise, even if a machete does hack into this w/ a full, hard swing, it won't split. An axe won't readily be able to defeat it either, save for multiple chops.
We recommend something like this to dish out a whooping, as opposed to shedding blood, if it comes down to it.
