HATSAN GALATIAN AUTO VI PCP RIFLE (SYNTH) .22 CAL

Really lovely shotgun look-alike PCP rifle, with really neat features;

• SEMIAUTO PCP rifle, meaning that, you can discharge your 12 rounds as fast as you pull the trigger. Just NB that if you don't have a round left and attempt to shoot, the pellet probe will smash into the blank of the magazine rotary indexer, making a 'click' sound and won't auto cock itself. That being said - you need to cock the rifle only once (hitch the bolt lever up into the vertical catch position if you need to insert / remove the magazine) then let 'em rip by slamming the bolt downward, out of its catch position and it will chamber your first pellet / slug.
• Full, solid synthetic classic rifle stock w/ metal receiver. Does pack a little heft, like most HATSAN rifles tend to do - this one, most certainly, follows suite in a long tradition of bulletproof, super durable rifles that will withstand abuse and is purpose-made for the outdoors. The stock features diamond checkered panels on the handle and on the forearm of the stock
• Comes w/ a set of open sights factory installed. These are precision-adjustable and feature TRU-GLO fibre optic inserts. The rear sight housing is Picatinny mounted and can be (re)moved by toggling the thumb screw.
• Features a Dovetail / Picatinny hybrid rail atop the received, which accepts likewise, both Picatinny and Dovetail mount rings / mounting interfaces. Please note that it isn't a continuous rail, but rather, is separated by the breech
• Safety is a push-button, located to the rear of the trigger guard. When pushed through to the one side, one can discharge the rifle, but pushed through to the other side, the rifle will not fire.
• Features sling swivels, at the belly side of the stock's rear and the other on the forearm, just short of the Picatinny rail. This will allow you to fit the included sling, or if you wish, you could fit a sling of your own choosing thereon.
• Frontal Picatinny shroud / triple rail (on the sides and one on the bottom) for mounting accessories. This could include flashlights, laser pointers, foregrips, bipods, etc.
• Removable 255cc air reservoir - this simply threads on/off and the pressure on these tubes (on all removable HATSAN cylinders in general) is self-contained, meaning the tube, when removed, will retain whatever pressure it has, in it. It can be manually degassed for inspection/maintenance with the included degassing tool. You can also refill the tube, completely independent of the rifle as well, which is a nice feature. Just be sure to have the tube fully threaded back onto the rifle, otherwise, your rifle won't shoot at full power.
• QE barrel shroud - HATSAN's proprietary noise-dampening technology.
  
  

• • Shrouded Barrel: The barrel is fully enclosed in a shroud, which helps to contain and dissipate the sound waves generated when a pellet is fired¹.

  • Integrated Silencer: The shroud often includes an integrated silencer or moderator. This component further reduces the noise by slowing down and dispersing the escaping air².

  • Recoil Reduction: The shroud also contributes to reducing recoil, making the shooting experience smoother and more comfortable¹.

Note - Silencer adapters are available - these replace the stock end caps, providing a 1/2" UNF bushing compatible w/ most .177/.22/.25 cal aftermarket (air rifle) silencers.
