Product Description

Product description

The big advantage H&N 6.35 mm HP 30 grain (.249) airgun slugs have over conventional pellets is the fact this ammunition is designed with a very well thought through bullet shape, which guarantees a high ballistic coefficient. This means the slugs have a low air resistance, keeping their momentum and resulting in a nice and flat trajectory. It does wonders for accuracy. Of course, the significant weight of the H&N 6.35 mm HP 30 grain (.249) airgun slugs is important too, giving a nice and big mass transfer at impact.

Important figures:

Ballistic coefficient: 0.098
Max distance: 100 metres
Diametre: .2495 inch

H&N recommends using the H&N 6.35 mm HP 30 grain (.249) airgun slugs in air rifles with a power of at least 40 Joules, with an optimum between 60 and 90 Joules. All slugs are visually inspected, lubed and hand packed.
