The Forster Bushing Full Length Sizing Die for 308 Win lets you control neck tension while still sizing the case body and bumping the shoulder. The body and shoulder are sized just enough for a minimum SAAMI chamber, and an interchangeable neck bushing limits how much the neck is worked, which helps accuracy and extends case life.
