Scope-mountable bubble-level, used to level the x-axis of the crosshair with the base of the rifle and the horizon plane. That way, when windage or elevation compensation is necessary, the shot will follow along the intended path and not stray, due to the crosshairs indicating the horizontal and 90º true vertical plane incorrectly

Ambidextrous - installs on the scope to accommodate either left or right cheek weld
