a Nifty, smallish tank w/ adjustable regulator factory-installed, allowing you shot consistency which CO2, even w/ a through-chamber on the Sig Sauer MPX/MCX design, would not be possible. We're talking here on a shot variation of 10 FPS, using the same .68 shot w/ a 1.5 grain variation / manufacturing consistency.

Whilst it is true that for rocket-hard shots, CO2 is the tried, tested and loved preference, the shortcoming in this regard is that, aside from weighing, there is no reliable means to keep track of the amount of juice left to fire your shots. Also, for longer range consistency, especially w/ lower grade paintballs and blow-moulded anit-riot solutions that love to curve, you'll need your balls to travel in predictable arcs if you need to rely on trace-firing to hit specific targets of opportunity.

The addition of the guage most certainly aids in-field inventory assesment. On factory setting, you'll most likely just be shooting down to 1000 PSI before the regulator will no longer function due to lack of pressure. Aside from poorer muzzle velocity, you'll also be shooting unregulated / inconsistently.

This is the ideal type of tank to use if you are packing an air-thru stock such as the upgrade that is available for the Tippmann TMC or that comes standard w/ the TMC ELITE, reason being that it fits nice and flush. This is also a nifty consideration for the BEEMAN QB79, which has an ASA adapter under the barrel, basically to have it in regulated setup. Also, this is additional for the UMAREX GAUNTLET and since it is 212CC / 205 BAR, you'll get quite a number of shots per fill.

In terms of shot count w/ a paintball marker on factory setting - you'll be looking at about 150 - 250, whereas w/ a TIPPMANN M4 airsoft marker chambered 6mm plastic BB, you'll be looking at 500 shots.

Included in this deal, we'll be able to fill the tank for you up to 3000 PSI. It comes packaged in a dense plastic sleeve, possible PP. Also, you'll receive a yellow plastic thread protector cap, which also prevents the pin valve from being depressed. The male non-return quick coupler for filling the tank has a rubber sock for ingress protection and is collared around the base of the fiiting

In conjunction w/ this product, we recommend the marker tap adapter to allow you to keep the tank on the marker and when you need to use it, simply cock your marker and open the tap, then you should be ready to disengage the safety and open fire, assuming your rounds are loaded up.
