GI MILSIM PAINTBALLS .50 - 500'S

Bag of 500 hardshell paintballs in .50 calibre / 12.7mm. Ideally suited for the HDR50, the HDP50, G.I. MENACE, etc.

Whilst the majority of these markers are intended for self-defence and the user would therefore more inclined toward the solids, pepper balls and slugs, these paintballs provide a cheaper alternative for training / target shooting purposes, completely eliminating any ricochet danger as well as being a residual hazard - getting caught under the lawn mower as the solids might or getting chopped and flung by the weed-eater. The paint herein contained is water-based / PVA, so it will wash off with some ease, whilst also not being a danger to animal life, nor will these toxify the soil if washed off over the lawn nor cause the grass to wilt and die.

For security / home defence purposes we recommend these, as they have the ability to mark a home invader's clothing and indicate, for evidence purposes, where you have aimed and shot your marker at. That and the fact their impact is softer than those of the solids, means that the chance of causing the perpetrator deeper-lodged injuries is significantly reduced, hence the painballs explode on impact, releasing their kinetic energy instead of retaining it and penetrating (deeper). That said - expect that at closer distances, that these paintballs may be capable of sub-dermal penetration.

Please do not take these paintballs in conjunction with either your HDP50 or HDR50 and attend a paintball match - these two markers, esp. in the 11 Joule version, are much too dangerous for paintball games - you'll need to tune-down your marker first to 300, 280 or 250 FPS, depending on the field rules.
