Our Adapter does not work on residual pressure valve (RPV valve) -- see illustrated.
The actual product being advertised is as the face picture. The others are for reference purposes, to lend an idea of the crux of this filling station, dimensions, thread types and components, along w/ what comes included for the price.
The hose here however, is 20" / about 52cm.
Before the charging process, please put the small cylinder in the refrigerator to cool down to ensure that the small cylinder can be filled with more carbon dioxide gas.
1. Confirm that the on/off valve A and release valve C are closed (90 degrees to the ball valve body), and turn the pin knob B of the small cylinder adapter to the top (counterclockwise).
2.( Put the gasket into the connector)Connect the connector (A end) to the large CO2 tank. (Tighten with a wrench. )
3. Connect the small cylinder to the cylinder adapter (B end adapter).
4.Turn pin knob B down to touch cylinder pin slightly (clockwise)(if pressing the pin down too much, it will stop the gas enter by check valve when your filling cylinder of 6mm wide pin )
5. Open the large Co2 tank valve.
6. Slowly open the on/off valve A (counterclockwise) and close it after 2-3 seconds, then open the release valve C release the residual gas in the small cylinder, and then remember to close the release valve C after this step ).
7. Carefully open the on/off valve A (20-30 degree Counterclockwise) to perform the charging process for 30-60 seconds, and then close the large carbon dioxide cylinder valve (make sure the on/off A valve is open)
8.After filling, adjust the release knob B to the highest position and open the release valve C to release the residual gas in the hose.
9. After inflation, unscrew the small cylinder.
10. Repeat the filling process for each cylinder.
