Though, if you're going to be shooting anything from 10 meters to 40 meters, you should consider a magnification range of 2-7x w/ a 32mm objective to keep the weight and height profile of the scope minimal.
W/out an adjustable Objective, you'll have to strain your eye to get a proper view at different distances. We normally recommend, as a basic scope with no zoom, to atleast opt for one with an adjustable objective.
