Gauge threaded in the typical array of PCP related fittings available on the market - Not supplied w/ a ring seal, although you could just use red thread adhesive / LOCTITE for that purpose. You'll need an adjustable wrench to tool-tighten this business down - use parallel straights around the gauge face to grip your tool to and crank it down as required.
In terms of using for an M10x1 female thread - sure - but you'll only be able to thread it on partially. Do use red thread adhesive as above, to create a gas tight seal. Won't look proper, but will work.
