This is a nice hunting rifle buddy w/ raised / padded comb to increase the height clearance, which may result in better occular-eye relief to your rifle scope. There is a closeable cartridge wallet for storing rounds in, which is really nifty. There are three straps that fit around the buttstock of the rifle for better retention, likewise, an elastic band to the rear that prevents this softshell fitting from moving forward on the rifle stock.
Some end users have noted that the straps are a bit long for certain applications, however, one can always make a plan, as they say, to make it fit.
For this retail price, we think it is certainly worth it nevertheless.
