CENTURION D5 SMART OVERRIDE SENSOR
- This is a physical mechanism built into the Centurion D5 Smart gate operator that allows you to open and close the gate manually in case of power outages or malfunctions.

It does not involve any sensor technology.

You can activate it by inserting a key into a lock and turning it, which disengages the motor and unlocks the gate for manual pushing or pulling.
- This is an optional aftermarket sensor circuit board that can be installed on the D5 Smart operator.
- It uses Hall Effect sensors to detect when the gate is in the fully open or closed position.
- This information can be used to override the automatic operation of the gate in certain situations, such as:

Forcing the gate to open or close even if safety sensors are triggered.
- Disabling the automatic closing feature after a certain amount of time.
