Complete PCP connector setup, between your diving tank/carbon fiber, wrapped PCP tank and your rifle!
THIS IS A DIN CONNECTOR FITTING.
In terms of the maximum rating for this filling station - we go by 300 BAR and have used it ourselves at length for this purpose. Some feel that because the guage is marked in the green only up until 200 BAR, therefore, it is only rated there up to. We haven't to date, specifically seen any filling station w/ markings that indicate green up to 300 BAR, it usually is just up to 200 BAR or the guage just lacks safety colouration altogether. We have also noted others selling -and advertising- filling stations with alot less shell material, as rated for 300 BAR and/or 4500 PSI. This is up to you as the end-user to decide if you'd like to use this filling station for 300 BAR purposes. We of course, accept zero liability for any mishaps, etc due to this product being used outside of our control. Please feel free to peruse some of the extensive academical and otherwise emperical sources on this topic available on the internet, to reach a standpoint on this matter.

The main body is entirely chrome plated w/ red polymer tap that allows for the fitting to be hand-fixed into the scuba tank. Just tighten properly, no need for tool-fastening. Please note that after this filling station has been threaded onto the tank, that in order to create an airtight seal, you'll need to give the filling station as a whole an extra bit of torque, to allow the green o-ring insert, to push up against the outlet of the tank, in order to create an airtight seal.
Affixed onto this main hull, you'll find the 41.76mm gauge (supplied empty) w/ a brass male thread. Also, the bleeder screw and its female threaded insert and finally, the brass female Q/C w/ male threading, which is threaded into the filling station.
The bleeder valve's circumference is serrated, allowing for better traction when that screws open and shut. We recommend threading this screw out fast when bleeding the line and the filling station, to allow whatever moisture might be inside, to be blasted out w/ the preessure - though please do make sure that the air source is shut before bleeding via this screw.
The female Q/C fitting is where the connector hose attaches to / runs from. This hose is supplied w/ the joiner piece, to join this hose airtightly onto the hose of your 220v compressor, for refilling your scuba tank.
When running your connectors and fittings for periods of 15 - 30 minutes on end, be sure to inspect the O-rings regularly for any burnt seals, especially if running in excess of 50ºC on end.
The fittings on this hose are removable and are cross-compatible w/ different 1/8” BSP threaded connector fittings. Teflon tape for securing an airtight fit is not nominal, so we do recommend using a DOWTY WASHER as and when needed. The fittings as they are supplied on the hose, should already be air tight / have PTFE ring seal inserts, though if a leak is found for whatever reason, you can just give the hose by its hexagonal collar and the fitting by its hexagonal stem, a firm tool-tight torque, just one-eighth turn at most should do the magic.
The high pressure hose is wrapped in a metal coil of wire, presumably stainless steel, which narrows in pitch closer to the terminals for thorough sheilding. The purpose of this coiling is to protect against bumps against sharp edges which might consequently result in nicks and otherwise, loss of material of the tube cross-section that could result in a weak point condusive to terminal failure.
As for complaints on this station - should this station's red tap fall stuck in place, please torque the entire unit clockwise / off.
