Features
This rifle is a bit of an odd-ball on thee market, as it is not supplied with a powerplant. Whilst this does up your start-up cost quite a bit, users may find that, there are consequently alot more options to this rifle, thanks to the ASA threading (0.625 (5/8) x 18" UNF) which allows for the installation of a paintball CO2 or HPA tank. Likewise, we stock the 1x CO2 capsule adapters, should you have a bunch of those you'd like to shoot.
The nice thing here is that you can convert this rifle to a regulated PCP rifle, simply just by using a 13 ci tank, though muzzle velocities, on the stock regulator setting, would reach up to 520, sometimes 600 FPS at most, though thew muzzle velocities won't fluctuate as much as with the CO2 powerplant option.
Otherwise, alot of people have had a look at the revies on this specific make and model of rifle and do appreciate its simple, even vintage aesthetic - bolt action loader w/ an integrated single shot tray; for those doing target plinking and can spend hours in prone position (on a Bisley shooting matt), printing holes on tagboard targets on a Sunday afternoon, then this rifle is perfect. It shoots like a rimfire, minus the muzzle flash, is considerably safer (shooting at much lower muzzle velocities) and requires no license to own, handle nor shoot. Really nice for passing on the hobby to the next generation as well.
The sights are basic and more or less matches what used to pass as rifle sights back in the day. It does weigh in at a lumpy six and a half pound (2.94 kg) and should be compatible w/ most barrel-mounted bipods commercially available. The rifle unfortunately does not feature silencer threading at the muzzle, so you'll likely need to install a slip-on .22 silencer if you'd like to dampen your muzzle report.
