Product Description

Small-ish, but weighty gun w/ a skinny feeling to its design. It does weigh a surprising amount, which may indicate to solid, metal components. The slide of pistol is weighty in itself and therefore, would consume more CO₂ per shot fired, but this does translate into a greater haptic feedback from the simulated recoil. We're not going to lie - this recoiling does certainly have a good, positive feel to it while the narrow, yet slightly broad grip is definitely something else. While this pistol is not a replica of any handgun known to us, the replica realism of the sights w/ the quality white dot inlays, does make it a pleasure to aim downrange with this. The underbarrel triple slotted Picatinny rail can add some meat to the chin of the gun so to say, giving it a bit more of a meatier look, not to mention the added functionality. The toggle safety is reminescent of what you'd find on a BERETTA, except its not ambidextrous. The grip stocks are not match-grade checkered by any measure and sports just a broken stripe array in angular parallel which is debossed. The panels are not removable and while not too tacky, does offer a fun appearance to the grip which is nice enough. The cocking serrations are wave-like incursions w/ positive and tacky sharp angles. For the blowback spring's tension, these serrations do the job just fine as an assisting feature. The ejection port is moulded in and does resemble an open top slot, though typically bullet cartridges would eject out rightward, seldom ever upward, as that can prove an obvious hazard.

The pistol otherwise makes no secret that it is manufactured by GAMO, in JAPAN, so the quality is assured. JAPAN typically is the sole manufacturer for these pellet pistols w/ strips w/ rotary magazine terminals, both for GAMO as well as SIG SAUER, to our knowledge.

The pistol itself is not necessary for those who are looking for a realistic-looking blowback pistol, though nevertheless, if a SIG SAUER ASP might be slightly out of your budget and if licensing marks might not be of significant importance to you, then this pistol might just be what you are looking for.

On a side note - no exterior feature to this pistol is magnetic. It is only by the muzzle end, specifically the barrel, that is magnetic and presumably steel. It would make sense as this pistol does feature a rifled barrel, which you can confirm by checking w/ a flashlight down the muzzle (w/ the gun unloaded and on safe, of course!)
